VENEZIA ANNOUNCES NEW DRIVER PAY PACKAGE

LIMERICK, PA

January 28, 1999 --

    Venezia Transport Service Inc will launch a new and improved pay package in their local and over the road divisions beginning February 1, 1999. Driver compensation will be increased to as much as .36 per mile...that equates to a six percent increase in mileage pay. Hourly rates will also increase as much as 30% along with decreased free time.

    Venezia is not only increasing base pay, but also accelerated the pay raises. The increases come much quicker in the new program in an effort to attract the best drivers and reward the professionals they
already have. In addition, Venezia offers various incentive programs that can increase drivers earnings. All combined, Venezia feels that they have one of the best driver programs in the industry.
